Loved the apartment for views and was roomy. The views are incredible especially for sitting on the balcony every morning or evening. The bus stop to Positano and Praiano is 50 feet away which made transportation very easy and reliable. 10 minute walk into town in all directions. Friendly quiet neighborhood near a church. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! Ivan made it very easy to check in!

Praiano is a perfect location to explore the Amalfi coast and Cinzia's place is a beautiful apartment with fantastic views. Public transport is easily accessible and there are many bars and restaurants close by.

I met Ivan at the home. He was friendly and helpful, showed me the bus schedules and bus stop and offered recommendations on where to eat. The bed is firm but comfortable. I didn't cook but the kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated having a washing machine in the bathroom .The views are perfect from the balcony. The neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is as described. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans are sufficiently available and in good condition. There are also extra blankets. For me as a fragrance allergy sufferer, extra washing and cleaning agents without fragrances were used. For this thank you very much. We arrived at 22.30 and were warmly welcomed by Ivan. We would like to thank Ivan for his friendliness and the numerous conversations with many tips. There is a household goods store is located in the house - well worth a visit. There is also a small grocery store a few houses away. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was an experience. We were able to have breakfast there in the sun every morning despite it being March/April. Ice cream, dolci and good coffee at the Bar del sole in Praiano. We stayed in the Casa Lara apartment and can recommend it to others.
