This is a beautiful historical home and tastefully decorated in antiques. The porch is a wonderful touch. We enjoyed sitting out there and listening to the birds. Great neighborhood to walk around. Quiet and safe feeling. Very close to historical downtown and everything you could possibly need.

The cottage was so lovely! It had lots of character, space, and decor that made it feel very homelike. It was easy for me to get in and out, and had everything I needed. I will absolutely be recommending this spot to anyone visiting Nashville or the Franklin area!

I chose this place specifically to have a 2 bedroom and not be in a loud hotel. I was not notified until the day of that there would not only be construction going on but it was literally right outside the window of the second bedroom. I know construction can’t be helped but that’s something you should notify your expected guess the second you find out it’s going on. Second- I went to put up a blackout curtain for the night and it was so dusty on the windows and cobwebs every where. My entire family slept so horrible for days following this. My son coughed all night the entire one night we spent there and my allergies were terrible for days following. There were no water bottles or popcorn as advertised so we were stuck with tap water after my son went to bed. Just overall a very miserable stay and glad it was only one night.

Such a beautiful historic home and unique experience. Antique furnishings and decorations throughout the home, coupled with its location in Franklin (easy walking distance from restaurants and shops) make it a great find in Franklin. It’s a section of the house, where Jessica and family live in the other portion. You could hear the family sometimes, and I think the water heater may have a bit of trouble keeping up with showers at the same time, but still an overall great stay in a gorgeous home.
