Newly finished (2015) luxurious stone house (apartment). The 65 s.m. apartment is fully equipped; decorated by interior designers. It is situated in the most sought out neighborhood in a quiet complex of 10 stone houses and is open throughout. The apartment is located in the seaside village of Psakoudia, Sithonia, Halkidiki. Its location is exceptionally privileged. It is on the seafront first; 250-300 meters from the beach, with a wonderful sea view. The apartment is situated in a quiet complex of 10 stone houses and is open throughout. It is in the most sought out neighborhood; 300 meters from the center of Psakoudia and 100 meters from the nearest super market. It is 65 sq. meters, fully furnished and is developed on 1 level (upper ground floor of the building). The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and one large bathroom. It also contains security doors, air-conditioner, tents, parking, fireplace and a shared garden. Cotton-linen bed sheets and bath towels are provided to our guests. It offers the best in quality and luxury at it's best.

Unser Aufenthalt in Vaggelis schönem Steinhaus war super und wir kommen gerne wieder. Es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert und die Kommunikation, sowie Check-In und Check-Out, waren sehr unkompliziert. Danke dir nochmal Vaggelis.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und äußerst netter Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wenn man etwas verbessern könnte, dann die etwas magere Ausstattung der Küche. Ein Abtropfsieb und ein paar mehr Teller, Gläser und Besteck wären gut, damit man nicht nach jedem Essen spülen muss. Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

L'esperienza a casa di Vaggelis è stata positiva,la casa pulita e accogliente,Rita gentile e disponibile. Vaggelis è stato gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, completamente soddisfatta. Consiglio vivamente l'appartamento di Vaggelis soprattutto a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla in un paesino tranquillo

We had a beautiful vacation. Vaggelis is a great host, always there to help. He responded very quickly to all our messages before our arrival and during our stay in his apartment. Everything was as we agreed. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with all necessary things, in a quiet part of town. The perfect place for a quiet family vacation. When we arrived, we received a welcome wine, and the night before we left, we received a gift, home-made products from Halkidiki. Thanks Vaggelis!

We really enjoyed our staying in Psakoudia with its close location to wonderful beaches. Vaggelis helped and guide us finding our way. The house was convinient where we stayed 5 adults and a one year old.
