Our family (1 adult, 2 children) stayed for a full month. The apartment met all of our expectations and was exactly as advertised. We especially appreciated the great communication upon arrival and throughout our stay. The building was quiet, secure but easy to access, and very convenient to the MRT, a grocery store next door, NTNU and many places to eat. Air conditioning was also very good (we kept it off in the rooms not used and when we were out). We especially appreciated that the kitchen and bathroom had the basic amenities (dishes, soap, etc.) and extra towels, even though we came prepared. Appliances (washer, dryer, TV, etc.) and wifi were all reliable. Thank you!

Yu Chen and her son were very responsive and helpful. Her son greeted us when we arrived at about 10pm on our check in. We had a long 3 week stay, and all the facilities worked great the whole time. Yu Chen's more impressive display of hospitality came after I accidentally and unknowingly let a hand towel get sucked down into the bathroom drain after giving my 3 year-old daughter a bath. After a day, it stopped draining and started to back up. But when we messaged her, Yu Chen arrived very promply with a plumber, who somehow fished the towel out with a plumbing snake right away, with zero difficulty. Yu Chen didn't even complain about my error, instead planning with the plumber to install a finer grating on the drain! Thanks for the great stay!

Great little place, excellent location for getting around Taipei. Fantastic coffee within a few minutes’ walk - the cafeist and jackwell was my personal favourite. Yu was a great host, extremely responsive and really helpful with everything!
