This was a great home for family and to get away the host was very helpful gave you your space did not mind that we brought extra people or the music all night we roasted a pig in the yard they helped with the bbq that they have there to use i would tell yall get this house it was great to stay the only thing bad is that the beach is really far but the pool is great it stay heated all night you can jump in any time i really loved the bath room so clean and so pretty warm water at all time i encourage yall to get this home

Stayed from Jan 2nd to Jan 5th 2018 with 8 family members. Pool is large with a kiddie pool included. Although the weather was about 60 degrees Fahrenheit and cloudy we found that after we were immersed in the pool for a little while we just got used to the cold water. Full kitchen provided with pots, pans, dishes, drinking glasses, cups, eating utensils etc. We cooked our food every day. (Food service from the hosts is also an option if you do not feel like cooking) We used the BBQ Grill outside to cook chicken and pork we had bought in town. All rooms have big bathrooms with running hot water and delicious smelling bathing soap. Beds were comfy. Cleaning service was available changing bed sheets and bath towels as necessary. There is closet space to hang your clothing. Each room came equipped with a safe. (although we did not use the) Wifi is available in 2 hours bulks with purchase of 2 CUC etecsa card sold by the house hosts. We would have the access turned on and off as necessary by the local tech Jon. Coverage is excellent in the house and remained OK even outside in by the pool area. There is a store about a block and half away where you can buy dish-washing liquid, water, beer, liquor,chips basic extras you might want. The beach is located 1 mile down the hill towards the town if you want sand and ocean. There are several buses two blocks away from the house, across from the gas station,that take you down to the town/beach area or back up to the house. You need local Cuban currency to ride the bus about 2 pesos. We took the bus back up the hill returning home after walking around the town. Overall, the house is lovely and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. Anything we needed we asked and if they could they would provide. Happy we were able to spend time there and hope to visit again in warmer weather.

Spacious, secure, beautiful and clean house with big and well maintained garden and nice pool, 20 minutes walking distance to the beach (but you have to cross the road Via Blanca to get there.) The four bedrooms are equal in quality and they have one bathroom each, Everything is working including warm water. Silent Place to be in Cuba! We had one breakfast and one dinner, they were OK/average.

It's a great villa for up to 8 people. We loved having the option to order a home-cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner there, for a reasonable price. They also serve great mojitos at the pool. The villa's location in Guanabo worked for us because the driver/taxi was part of it and we could hire him whenever we needed. The price of the taxi was steep for Cuba but not outrageous - from Havana back to Guanabo you could also hire a cab for a lower price. Conveniently, you can ask to exchange currency at the house as well, but the rates at hotels or banks are more favorable. The wifi is based on hourly cards that you have to purchase. There's not a strong wifi signal and it is unreliable. We very overall happy with our stay at the place, the pool is pretty nice and the garden and flowers on the premise are amazing. AC was good too and it was safe.

Our hosts were amazing and welcoming. They prepared meals for 5 dollars and made us drinks! We even got a dance lesson. It was the best way to start our trip. The only negative is that it isn't on the beach. More of a 15 minute walk, which isn't terrible. Can't wait to come back to visit!!
