Female only. For longer stays, this fantastic room is part of a two bedroom suite in a very nice house in one of the nicest areas in Victoria. This is a 2-bedroom apartment that you will share with another mature female who works in Victoria The two bedrooms in this apartment are very far apart so you will have a lot of privacy. The lady who lives in the other room is extremely clean and very quiet. This listing is for a 14' x 11' main bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment. This is a large room with a double-size captains bed and 3 closets. The two level house has been newly renovated and this apartment is on the ground floor. It is not a basement suite. It has new hardwood throughout and is very clean. Please note that this room is for longer term stays, of a month or more. If you are a student coming to Victoria for school or someone moving to Victoria this is the perfect place for you to get settled.

Gary is a fantastic host. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is very willing to help with any issue you may have and knows Victoria very well! He showed us around the city on our first day and even took us grocery shopping to get us settled in. The house is perfect and felt like our home away from home. It's easy to take the bus downtown and the area is close to hiking trails with an amazing view. Thanks for an amazing time!!

Gary is the best!! He will do everything he can to help you with everything! He responds very quickly to every enquire. The house is great, room is very spacious and just like the pictures. House is located in a residential neighbourhood, one of the nicest areas of the city, lots of cute deers walking around =) Best offer in town (price and quality)!

The house is great; clean, spacious, and quiet, my room was large and the bed was comfortable. It's situated in a pretty and safe neighbourhood close to some parks and beaches. Gary was an excellent host, very easy to reach and communicate with, most helpful, kind and informative. He gave me a drive into the city from the house when I got in and offered one as I was leaving, thanks again! Highly recommended.

Gordon Head is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of Victoria. It is a predominantly family area that is extremely safe and friendly. All the neighbors are nice and are sure to give you helpful tips on where to go. People that live here consider themselves some of the luckiest people in Canada.
The house is located minutes from the Mount Douglas park which is an awesome place for walking, hiking and general nature fun. The ocean is a few minutes away on foot and there are many beautiful but hidden beaches that few people know about all around the area.
The University of Victoria is 6 minutes away on the shuttle bus that stops at the coffee shop down the street. We are a very popular house for students in both the summer and regular semesters. If you are a student looking for a place to stay off campus, this is the place for you.

出行信息

There is covered parking at the house and also street parking out front. You will never have any problem parking your vehicle.
There are 2 buses that run downtown and stop within a 5 minute walk of the house. The UVic shuttle bus stops at a coffee shop down the street and gets you on campus in about 6 minutes. It's a pleasant walk through a park to get to the coffee shop.
Driving anywhere is easy since Gordon Head is so central and close to almost everything.
