Great location right on the water. Really convenient especially if you have other things you want to do in the Norfolk/VA Beach area. Cindy Lee and her team were very friendly and responsive to all questions.

The location is gorgeous. It’s definitely not high end. The house COULD be, the potential is there for sure. But little things (no trash receptacle in the master, only a few hangars in a VERY large closet, really cheap hand soap, etc) would have elevated it to make it a better value. You’re definitely paying for the view and it’s worth it. The house IS spacious. We easily cooked many meals (not sure about the guy who said you can’t cook there, the kitchen is adequately stocked).

Great spot if you are looking for semi secluded beach access and a large stress free dog friendly house! This is very much a working living beach house, meaning I believe it is appropriately furnished and cleaned for exactly these purposes of hosting large families who will be in and out going to the beach. I am grateful for that as it can feel stressful when traveling with dogs, kids, and frankly some adults while being active (sandy and wet) and staying at a house that is too modernized and spotless. If you are looking for luxury and impeccable interior design, this is not it, if you’re looking for great amenities, beach access, a functional set up, and low pressure stay - this is it. My wife and our two dogs had a great time exploring Norfolk, hanging and fishing on the beach, and resting at the very spacious and cool home. Cindy was very helpful in answering any questions I had before hand
