Kristina is extremely kind and accommodating and made our stay comfortable (family with children). Family friendly and quick to respond to messages. The apartment is bigger and nicer than it looks in the photos, everything is extremely clean, and all the necessities for a short-term stay are there. Toys and other necessities for children Kristine is ready to provide (crib, stroller, stool for children), and the apartment is equipped even with a little blender and food boxes and kitchen service for children. Close to the metro and tram station, it allows you to visit all attractive locations in ca. 20 minutes from the apartment. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, that is very convenient, and is equipped with the washing machine with a dryer, the oven, the microwave, the dishwasher and the hairdryer. I would highly recommend the apartment.

Kristina was a lovely and welcoming host who personally greeted us on arrival. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, close to public transport and very well maintained. Definitely recommend it.
Our family had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. Host is really really nice and considerate, always flexible and responsive. She made us feel we were at home in Vienna. The apartment is nice and tidy, fulfil basic needs. We personally appreciate her whole-hearted caring of the house and her sincere sharing about her family history and the apartment history in the beautiful booklet. If we come to Vienna again, we must choose this apartment again. Strongly recommended!
Kristina is friendly and welcoming. She gave clear instructions on how to find the place. She also gave recommendations on where to go. Unit is walking distance from Westbahnof train station. There is a grocery nearby. Kitchen is complete with oven, microwave and even coffee machine. Washer with dryer was also helpful as we dropped by in the middle of our Euro trip. Place is in a quiet residential area. Will book again in case I’m in Vienna— it’s like a home away from home.
