El departamento está bien en general, aunque un poco sucio, sobre todo los objetos de cocina. El problema principal fue la poca comunicación por parte del dueño. Nunca nos dio instrucciones de como llegar, ni si quiera me respondió cuando le escribí para decirle a que hora iba a llegar. Tuvimos que preguntar a gente en la calle dónde estaba el alojamiento. Cada vez que le escribía para hacer alguna pregunta tardaba mucho en contestar, al final tuvimos que hacerle todas las preguntas a la vecina. A pesar de lo que dicen las otras reseñas en cuanto al ruido, la música del hostal fue el menor de nuestros problemas. La última noche apenas pudimos dormir por los borrachos y las peleas justo enfrente. No volvería a quedarme aquí.

musique tres forte la nuit et motos qui se garent la nuit devant bruyamment avec discussions de jeunes porte trop basse de la salle de bain je me suis ouvert la tete. Les travaux ont ete mal faits avec la marche. Je mesure 1m80 vaisselle sale le micro onde ne fonctionnait pas et apparemment au precedent locataire non plus bien qu ils promettent a chaque fois de la reparer ne repond pas aux messages airbnb car c'est une autre dame tres gentille qui s'en occupe points positifs une fois que vous avez lenumero de la dame plus de probleme de communication mais j'ai du beaucoup insister et faire intervenir airbnb pour que le l hote me reponde l appartement est grand super emplacement bon lit bon wifi San Juan del sur est super fun et on se fait tres vite des amis

Central location but very noisy. Nice neighbors, a lot of places to eat nearby. Microwave did not work but gas stove was ok. No light in bathroom but you get light in the main room.

The location is central to everything. But noise level in the room is very high, at times is unbearable. You can hear loud and clear noises from nextdoor hostel, from neighbors talking on balcony, from the traffic on the street. Microwave is out of order from day one. The host didn't repaire or replace it.

My daughter and I booked a week at Michael's to relax after an intense 10 day travel. Great communication with Michael, easy to find and Sayonara sent through easy instructions for check in. We had an entertaining orientation with Mrs Maritza (apologies for our limited spanish!) The room was tidy and clean on arrival. We only used the air con one humid evening, and the morning we packed up to leave as there is a super fan just over the bed. Ample equipment to cook our own meals, central to town and a walk around the corner you are at the beachfront to watch the beautiful sunsets. Seemed to be a glitch with wifi ( to be expected here) but didn't worry as we had our own. There is some loud music a few nights of the week from the hostel next door ( didn't bother us, but if you need quiet, maybe reconsider) - my 16 year old of course loved it! Thank you Mrs Maritza for all your help. Would recommend Michael's as a central stay in San Juan del Sur.
