We really enjoyed staying in Eric’s sweet home. We visited Cape Cod out of season and, unfortunately, much of the time the weather was inclement so it was really comforting for us to have a cosy and comfortable home to hang out in. Eric was so helpful with suggestions about local stuff - super responsive. Would be happy to stay there again if he’d have us!

It was in a great location. We were a little disappointed that it was a non working fireplace since it was a little chilly when we were there. There is a fire pit in the backyard, however there was no wood for us to use. Also there was a small device at the top of the window in the main bedroom, which was a little alarming. But the host said it was the sensor for the air conditioning lol. The host left very good recommendations for things to do in the area. Also very flexible check in and check out. All in all a great stay at a really cute house near the ferry landing.

The cottage is charming and well located near ferries and restaurants. The rooms were nicely furnished and uncluttered. The only hold-back from a five-star rating are a lack of washer and dryer and an over reliance on guests to clean dishes and cooking pans and skillets. We had to scrub mugs and pans before using them.

Great location, walking distance to the harbor/ferries, beaches, restaurants and shops on Main Street! It’s perfectly located for a vacation in Hyannis. The home had lots of indoor and outdoor space for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed the books, toys, and games available. Thanks for a great vacation!

This is our third year staying at this cottage and we love it! Amenities are great, location is super close to Main St., and Eric is an excellent host.
