We had a party of different ages and needs. Everyone had the highest praise for the location and accommodation. We loved the peace and coffee in the conservatory when the weather less kind. Super dining space and ambiance. We spent many hours round the table.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Hazel and Peter were great hosts. Very helpful before and during our stay. Flexible and responsive. The house is truly unique and perfect for our writing retreat. Newcastle is only 15 minutes drive with great restaurants and the sea front. The land around the house is lovely and we loved having sheep in the back! Would highly recommend a visit to Cherry Tree Farmhouse!

What a marvellous week all eight of us had at 18 School Road! The house is spacious, very well equipped, very clean, well furnished, we loved the shower; we felt “at home” straightaway. Our toddler loved the garden and summerhouse toys. Extended family came and visited for a meal and loved it too. We cannot recommend it highly enough and hope we can come back soon!

Wonderful stay at Cherry Tree farmhouse. Peaceful location with lots to do locally. Would highly recommend.
