This is our second time staying in one of Jing's units, and this time we stayed for one month. First off, the location is excellent. Its close proximity to the beach is better than even some of the higher-end hotels. The room is very clean and contains essentials for a long stay (rice cooker, water container, electric kettle, toaster, etc.). The view from the balcony is great and the beach is visible. The reception and cleaning staff are also excellent. I also noticed some other things. Ants are common on the island and this building is no exception. Expect to see (or feel) ants here and there, and definitely don't leave food out. There is only one wifi router shared among all the units and it's in one of the rooms. For the most part, wifi is reliable, but should there be an issue, you may be at the mercy of whoever holds the router access. But tethering using Globe data worked pretty well for us in this spot. Lastly, our bathroom had a bad smell, like the stench of sewage traveling up the pipes. I think it might be a building issue affecting this side of the building because we did not encounter this last time (we stayed in another room). But hopefully by the time of this writing it will have been resolved. Overall, this is a great gem of a place that I would easily book again. But this time I would check the bathroom first.

Отличное жильё в 2х минутах от пляжа на 3й станции. Шумно из-за стройки и из-за расположения на оживлённой улице, даже ночью. Очень гостеприимные хозяева и отзывчивый персонал. Спасибо большое!
