Set in their own grounds with olive groves, vines and a delightful rose walkway each property has its own private terrace and barbecue facilities with infinity pool. For the children there is a climbing frame, trampoline, sand box and table tennis. Tennis racquet's are available for use at the nearby courts and bikes so that you can enjoy the glorious countryside. Although the property is not air conditioned, there is an air cooling system in place and additional fans can be supplied if required.

This is a beautiful location in Umbria! It is well-positioned to visit Perugia, Assisi and the whole of Umbria. It is up on a hill, making the heat more bearable during the summer, as there is always a gentle breeze. It is remote and isolated, but this is exactly what you need if you are looking for peace. The pool is outstanding! It is a real luxury to have such a pool just for a few people (it is shared between two properties) and the view from it is breathtaking. The house is spacious and comfortable, with the lowest floor nice and cool. We had a truly relaxing holiday here!
We had a wonderful week! The house was above expectations and was big enough for 2 families (4 adults & 3 children). The view from the terrace and from the pool are very worth it!
La Farm House di Simon è un luogo sospeso nel tempo, in cui passato e presente incontrano la natura. La casa è immersa fra le colline, molto curata e vissuta. La piscina è incantevole, con una splendida vista sulle colline. I consigli e la gentilezza di Corrado, l'addetto all' accoglienza, sono veramente un plus importante. Un unico aspetto da considerare è la mancanza di un bagno al piano terreno che può rendere un po' difficoltoso il soggiorno a persone con mobilità ridotta. Per il resto si tratta di un alloggio romantico e ricco di fascino. Un ringraziamento a Simon e alla sua famiglia per la loro generosità relativa alle nostre esigenze.
Beautiful location with one of the most beautiful pools we have seen. Great facilities for our family which ranged from 4 weeks to 86! One point to note is that the library in the farm house has a pull out sofa but it is not a separate bedroom and the glass atrium makes it very hot in the summer. Even though the temperature climbed to 37 while we visited we managed well without the aircon. Would especially recommend for families with children 5+ or teenagers. Really lovely.
It’s and excellent house with a great pool. The gardener is a very nice guy who helps you out with any question you may have. We found only one thing to take in consideration. The next to the house an other house (the pig) house is situated. This is close by and may feel a bit uncomfortable. Also you share the pool with the other guests.

Just a 10 minute walk from the picturesque medieval town of Bettona with local shops, bars and restaurants.
Assisi, Perugia Todi and Lake Trasemino (beaches and water sports available) are less than 1/2 hour drive away, while Orvietto and Spoletto can all be reached in 45 minutes. There is also good train access to Rome, Florence and beyond.
