With this vacation rental you receive a comfortable and nicely decorated unit. This condo (#214) is located in the Gulfside building of the Destin West Beach & Bay Resort. I am dedicated to providing my guests excellent service and a nice vacation rental. To help improve your stay we provide extra housekeeping amenities not typically found with other rentals such as beach towels, laundry detergent, bath soaps, keurig w/ starter pods, and more. I look forward to receiving your reservation and hosting your group for a beach trip! Notes... The bunk room in this condo has been upgraded compared to other units in the building. The bunk is a twin over full configuration. A door has been added to create an actual room rather than an open area. Another bonus is the sleeper sofa in this condo includes a unique 8.5 inch thick comfortable mattress. The sleeper is easy to pull out and much more comfortable than a standard sleeper sofa. Two bedrooms, bunk room, two baths, and a sleeper sofa can sleep up to eight comfortably.
