Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la villa - qui est conforme à la description et aux photos sur le site - ainsi que son emplacement exceptionnel. La maison est bien équipée (ex. storvatt). Notre hôte a toujours été très réactive et s’est montrée très flexible (heures d’arrivée et de départ, notamment), ce qui a été grandement apprécié. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment.

Superbe logement avec terrasse extérieure très agréable et accès direct au lac! La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée.

The house is large, beautiful, and comfortable. Beds were fantastic, showers had plenty of hot water, the kitchen was excellent. The crown jewel, though, was the outdoor spaces: we spent as much time as possible outside and there were so many opportunities between the outdoor couches (under a canopy to protect from the sun), the outdoor table (where we had dinner most nights) or down by the lake itself, where there was a table, plenty of chairs, etc. Really fantastic. Marilyn (who manages the house) was friendly, highly-responsive and was able to set up paragliding for several people in our party (please be aware that if you use such concierge services, there may be a small extra charge). The surrounding area is beautiful, the local town of Doussard has restaurants, a pharmacy, bakery, and grocery store and this is the quiet end of the lake (the town of Annecy itself has a lot more tourist activity). All-in-all an excellent experience.

House inside has a great lay out and beautiful bathrooms. Outside not quite as described ; attached to a private property with an elderly couple . Also situated on the main road. The house is well sound proofed so no road issue but it is a very busy road and not always easy to get out of; especially when turning left. The lake access is shared with a larger second property that is to the front of the property, located directly by the lake. The decking area is divided between the two properties. Both properties are listed on Arbnb.
