Simona was such a sweet, thoughtful host and her house was the perfect stay for my birthday celebrations. My friends and I all slept super cosily, had plenty of space, and the common spaces and garden are amazing. But most importantly, the house is right next to the sea and a quick drive from Cagliari! Check in and check out were super easy and the house easy to find. There's also convenient supermarkets nearby and everything you may need for a relaxing holiday at the sea. I would really recommend! Great place for families with children, my 3 year old loved the garden and all the toys available at the house. Baby chair and cot also available, and Simona went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need ❤️

Simona was an excellent host, being flexible and responsive. The place was perfect for groups of people. The garden in front of the house offers numerous fresh fruits that are able to be enjoyed. The place was a 1 minute walk to the coast and a 10 minute walk from a sandy beach. Also in the vicinity was a supermarket that you can walk too. Our stay was well worth it and would highly recommend this place.

Simona is an incredible host, going above and beyond. Caring, attentive, giving excellent tips, being flexible... we are grateful she hosted us. Her house has a "magic realism" to it that breaths family and cherished moments, it is the perfect atmosphere for the trip we made.

Si vous venez séjourner dans le sud de la Sardaigne nous vous recommandons vivement la villa Simona. Nous avons séjourné une semaine à 9 personnes et nous sommes ravis de se séjour dans la villa. Un grand merci à Simona qui nous a très bien passé accueilli et nous a donné de précieux conseils sur les sites à visiter dans les environs ainsi que les plus belles plages. La maison est vraiment idéalement situé (30 minutes de l’aéroport), nous avons apprécié d’avoir la mer au bout de la rue. Le logement est situé à proximité des belles plages de Poeto (10 minutes). Depuis la villa nous avons accèdes facilement aux restaurant et commerce de proximité. Nous recommandons vraiment vivement la villa Simona

Simona was great to deal with, her accommodations we're located perfectly for the cycling event we were participating in. We enjoyed the large dining and living areas indoors and out.
