The location was idyllic. Lovely and quiet, with wonderful water and a large spacious house and garden. A little red robin visited us each day and even popped inside the living room. We loved the area and enjoyed the river walks with lots of lambs on the way and our first red squirrel sighting. The house is quite cold (we were there for March) and heating is expensive. Therefore budget approx. 25% more on top of the monthly discount cost. Pam and Tom are both very helpful, informative and quickly sort out any issues you may have. The homemade apple juice was delicious and there was milk in the fridge for a cuppa when we arrived. Thank you.

This was our 2nd stay at BallinTemple. Pam and Tom are very courteous and do all they can to help the guests. The property is nice and as mentioned in the listing. You do need a car. We will stay there again. Thank you Pam and Tom for making our stay so enjoyable.
Nous avons été très bien reçus par Pam. Tom nous a bien renseigné pour aller à Dublin et surtout pour se garer pour 2 euros la journée et prendre le tram. Nous sommes arrivés au bout d'une petite route dans la campagne et cette jolie maison avec un grand parc nous attendait. Un bouquet de fleurs sur la table de la salle à manger entouré de jolis cadres sur les murs colorés nous faisait penser déjà que cette maison était chaleureuse. Tout le nécessaire pour déjeuner le matin était prévu. Nous avons passé un séjour au calme avec des rencontres dans ce petit village d' agriculteurs bien attentionné et de rencontres au PUB. Diverses visites sont conseillées sur un classeur au salon. Il ne faut pas hésiter à les contacter pour toute demande. Nous avons séjourné avec un couple d' amis et la maison s y prêtait bien. Merci encore à Pam et Tom pour ce séjour en Irlande que nous n'oublierons jamais. Nous en parlons déjà à des amis
Pamela's house was spacious, beautiful and peaceful. Gorgeous rural surroundings. The bread, eggs, coffee and tea left for our arrival was really appreciated. Pamela was easy to communicate with and willing to offer any help, if necessary. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Welcome to Ballin Temple. We have been running the Ballin Temple estate organically since 1999, and we hope our guests love the place for what it is: an increasingly rare clean-air, clean-water (our cottages have their own artesian wells, and the water tastes wonderful) place to potter around and relax. Writers, teachers, artists, families, entrepreneurs and executives all seem to revel in the "slow holiday" aspect of the place. As an Airbnb guest myself, I know how important it is to create a home away from home for our guests, and make every effort to create a comfortable and practical space.
