We had a lovely few days at Jollymead. This was our second time staying here, and it certainly won't be the last. We love the location - nestled on a hillside next to the River Dart. The stunning surroundings in the heart of the moor come with the added bonus of a pub, The Forest Inn, just a 5-minute stroll up the hill. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The large garden at the front of the house is a nice place to sit and listen to the soothing sound of the river. We'll definitely be back.

Jolly mead is a joy. Homely and peaceful. We enjoyed spending time relaxing together. The home is very spacious, the kitchen diner an excellent space to cook meals and eat together. We enjoyed the Dartmoor countryside and rivers. Feeling comfortable when back from our days out. I hope we can return again as a family soon. Thank you James. What a beautiful home.

This is a lovely, cosy cottage with magnificent surroundings. Well equipped. Very clean and tidy place. Kids enjoyed in their lovely room. We fell in love with the cottage so we extended 2 more nights. Lovely places around to visit. Easy to find the cottage with good navigation. So we are highly recommended. Would loved to visit again in summer time.
