Great stay felt like home from home with added luxury of the use of the indoor pool and gym. Absolutely perfect for us for access to the trams into the City and to other suburbs. Lots of eating places to go to also. The apartment was in two floors and had everything we needed , very comfortable bed and the kitchen had all the amenities in it for cooking which we did a couple of nights. Can’t wait to come back to visit my daughter and would definitely use this place again.

Our stay in St Kilda was so enjoyable. We started our honeymoon here for a few days over the Grand Prix weekend. It was so central to Albert Park, wonderful restaurants, many tram stops, and right on the beach. Mikhiala is very responsive and accommodating, even before our trip began and with my different questions from Canada. The parking spot is also really ideal if you’re picking up a rental or driving in from somewhere. Lots of space in the townhouse with two levels - great if you’re staying longer like we did/cooking/laundry/etc. Quite a bit of outdoor party noise until around 1am from the restaurants every night next door but I really think that’s specific to our Grand Prix weekend and the street party they had set up. It was fine for us even with our jet lag. For how central the place is, it really is secluded and I imagine would be quite peaceful into the evening during other dates! Would highly recommend this spot if you’re staying in St Kilda. Thanks for everything Mikhiala

This place is in a great location with access to so much of St Kilda. Mikhiala was responsive and helpful with the issues we had. Overall the place is nice and felt like home for the month we stayed.

I absolutely loved Mikhiala's apartment. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Modern, clean and convenient. Highly recommended.

Mikhiala’s townhouse style apartment was amazing. We felt right at home and even though it’s on the “ground” floor, we never felt that anyone could see us. It felt totally private. The sofa is a highlight! Would definitely stay here again, the morning beach walks are the best.
