Very nice apartment and comfortable, everything in there absolutely everything. clean and close the all restaurants, shopping stores, tren stations, bus stations, funicular, lake naval station… The host Silvia is a great person, she allows us to stay extra hours with no problem… I recommend Silvia and her apartment 👍🏻
Fantastic, comfortable apartment in a central location
Sylvia’s apartment was fantastic . Great location for both Como lago station , restaurants and everything else Como has to offer. The apartment was beautiful ,spotlessly clean and had everything you could want . Sylvia was amazing with communication and helped us sort transport after a late notice train strike , and you felt nothing was too much trouble . Two places to to visit , for a cocktail must try hemingways bar (3min walk) and for food and drink try Mass (5min walk). My wife and I went for a special occasion and we were not disappointed we loved it .
We had a lovely stay at Silvia's apartment. Great location and exactly as the pictures show with everything you could need.
We absolutely loved our stay in Silvia’s apartment. It is beautiful and very quiet. She welcomed us and showed us around. She also gave recommendations for restaurant and sightseeing. We really loved the apartment which had everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. We strongly recommend Silvia’s place.

I have been living in Como since my birth and I am really fond of my hometown. Even if I like travelling very much, I am always excited when I get back home. I live with my husband and our four children(.......and various pets!) I attend to my clothes shop in the city centre. I love my family, my job, my city and my lake. I have always adored to have meals with my friends or to organise parties for them. That's why I like meeting and welcoming people from all over the world! If you want to stay in the flat I have enthusiastically and carefully arranged for you, you will be really very welcome! Silvia Abito a Como da quando sono nata e sono molto affezionata a questo luogo. Anche se viaggiare mi piace e mi diverte molto,quando torno a casa questo paesaggio mi emoziona sempre! Vivo con mio marito e i nostri quattro figli (...e in più vari quattrozampe!) Mi occupo del mio negozio di abbigliamento in centro. Amo la mia famiglia,il mio lavoro,la mia città,il mio lago. Ho sempre adorato fare cene con gli amici o organizzare per loro feste e per questo mi piace molto l'idea di conoscere e ospitare persone da tutto il mondo!
