This place is very uniqueness and very easy to the center of Florence! From the room’s windows you can see a view of city Florence! Every morning I opened the window to touch the air and to listen the church bells singing! The beautiful touch is only belonging this place! And enjoy!!!

This is a hidden gem! Pros: 1) The flat is in a palazzo - as in a PALACE. Filled with Renaissance art, it's huge, and the gardens have been famous for 500 years. The flat was an artist's studio originally, and the view of the Duomo you see in the photos is real - postcard perfect! 2) The location is just a 15 minute walk from the Duomo, on the edge of the tourist zone. LOTS of great restaurants and easy to walk to all of famous sites, but not in the thick of the throng. VERY quiet and very secure. Absolutely ideal. 3) Jacopo is an excellent host - very responsive and knowledgable. His English is fluent. 4) Accommodations are spare, but certainly adequate. Good heating and A/C. Plenty of hot water. Lots of storage space. Not opulent, but quite comfortable. Cons: 1) There is an elevator, but you still have to walk up one flight of stairs from its highest stop. 2) The bathroom is out the doorway and down 6 steps, but is quite private and is not shared. It has everything I needed.

An absolutely stunning place to stay. Romantic, quiet, safe, beautiful. The view was worth 10x the price of the place. Jacopo is a sweet and kind host and answered all of my questions. A stunning studio to stay in an equally stunning city.

A truly uncommon experience. The studio is located at the very top of the palazzo Pandolfini, designed by Raphael. Beautiful facade and entrance hall. The views inside the studio are spectacular as well (much more so than what the photos suggest), facing both the Duomo/city center and Fiesole to the north. The studio itself, though small, is comfortable and clean, and the bathroom outside the main room is fully private. Finally, Jacopo was extremely polite, responsive and precise with his instructions regarding access. Could not recommend more enthusiastically.
