Great location especially quick to get to popular hikes. Room had private bath and window looked out on Courthouse Rock. Grace makes incredible breakfast that were healthy which I really appreciated. Five stars all around!

Grace is a wonderful hostess! The property is very nice with a fantastic view. Grace went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She helped with suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The breakfast Grace made was outstanding. Would love to stay there next time we visit Sedona.

Grace’s place is a great place to stay when you’re in Sedona. It’s close enough to town but just far enough away to feel like you’re in the mountains. Very conveniently located. Grace’s home is very cozy and nice and super clean. Grace is a wonderful host, a great cook and unique story teller. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Hope we can come back to Sedona in the summer.

What can I say, this place is perfect. Perfect, quiet and peaceful location. Wake up to gorgeous views and an amazingly delicious home made breakfast. Grace was a wonderful host and a wealth of information about Sedona. I can’t recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed.

Grace is such an amazing host. Her breakfasts are so yummy & filling that you can skip lunch. She was a big help with planning our trips. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Cusina Rustica per Grace’s recommendation. I also loved Max the cat. He was so friendly & welcomed us when we came home from our journeys.
