4th or 5th time here, and it was wonderful, as always!

The room was ok, the neighborhood was nice. I took a couple nice walks, and enjoyed each one. Parking is OK, but can get very tight. The place wasn't what I would call clean. Cobwebs on the ceiling, no fan in the bathroom which makes the door swell, which makes the bathroom door unable to close. The bed sheets had hair on them, and there was hair on the walls in a few spots. This could all be fixed by a good cleaning. Hopefully this review is seen by the owner, and they fix that. I'm not sure if I'd stay there again, at least until I know the place has had a thorough cleaning.

Cute little place. Perfect for two people…upstairs neighbors are loud, so turn fan on high.

This unit was in a great location for our stay. The instructions given to find the place were very thorough and easy to follow. The unit is a very old place, but was mostly clean. The only thing that bothered me were several cobwebs hanging between the wall and the ceiling in the bedroom. The instructions for the TV said that live channels could be found on the YouTubeTV app which should already be logged in. It wasn't, but instructions said to call them and they would walk us through logging on again. We called one of the two numbers shown in the instructions and left a voicemail, but never received a call back. The only other issue we encountered was that the stairs for the upstairs unit were right behind the bedroom wall where the headboard to the bed is. Several mornings people from that unit were coming down the stairs (very heavy footsteps) around 6:30 in the morning and woke us up. Despite the three items mentioned above, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
