1314 Pelican Watch Villas is an upgraded luxury king bedroom condo with covered deck is beachfront, oceanfront, with beach pools and restaurants and is dog friendly! Your condo is 6 steps to private access of Pelican Beach via your own boardwalk over dunes and sea oats: a mere seconds to sand, surf, sun and dolphins. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 babies. Your condo has a kind-sized bed, 1 queen sleeper sofas, chair and half with bed and a queen sized all night air mattress. Linens and limited bath and kitchen soaps are provided. Don't forget to bring your beach towels! Beach chairs and umbrellas are already on the deck with your patio furniture. Enjoy 270 degrees of windows and sliding glass doors facing the water. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, tile and bamboo flooring, 2 smart TVs programmed for Netflix, Hulu and all local cable channels along with upgraded Wi-Fi with enhanced speed. The full kitchen includes Keurig and Mister Coffee machines, with all appliances and a washer/dryer. Bathrooms have hair dryers and sets of towels.

Absolutely LOVED my stay!! The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the walk to the beach was incredibly easy and accessible. I was comfortable, slept like a champ, and wished I could have extended my stay but will definitely return! Mary is an excellent host :)

Comfortable, private getaway with a view! We used this as home base to explore Charleston but still have the beach and a view. The community is very quiet and very nice. Everything was clean and in good working order. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
The condo is beautifully situated to maximize view of the water from the inside living room and the outside deck. The condo is a short walk to the beach. Mary quickly responds to messages and inquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

On the way to Seabrook, the minute you exit Charleston and set out on Main Road framed by 100 year old Angel Oak trees draped in curtains of Spanish moss, it feels like you're driving to a secluded paradise. And that's exactly what Seabrook is: a beautiful, quiet island with clean, private beaches where wildlife abounds. It is impossible to go to Seabrook and not leave all your worries outside the gate.
