The best air bnb we have ever stayed in ! Ole and Nete warmly welcomed us to their home when we arrived . They showed us around their house and garden and had baked fresh rolls and made coffee and tea for us . From the moment we met them and walked into their home we felt relaxed . Their home is beautiful with lots of areas to relax and the garden is lovely with different areas to eat . You can see the sea from their decking and I loved having my morning coffee watching the whales in the harbour. We loved picking the fresh tomatoes and cucumbers and feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs. The area is beautiful , you can walk to the beach which is stunning . It was a great base to explore other areas such asJutland - you just go to Ribe it’s beautiful - and other parts of Funen. There are local supermarkets which is convenient. Whale watching in Middlefart is a must. Thank you Ole and Nete for a wonderful holiday 😊

Wir hatten mit unseren 3 Kindern (5/7/10) einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser sehr charmanten Villa mit liebevoll gestaltetem Garten. Ole und Nete haben uns sehr herzlich mit frisch gebackenen Brötchen, Kaffee und Tee begrüßt. Sie haben uns alles gezeigt und erklärt, der Kühlschrank war schon mit einigen Basics sowie Bier und Wein gefüllt. Die Kinder haben sich gerne mit den Hühnern beschäftigt, die uns jeden Tag 3 Eier gelegt haben. Im Garten wuchsen Tomaten, Gurken, Erbeeren u.a. auch zu unserer Nutzung. Die Betten waren bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, es gibt viel zu erkunden, tolle Ausflugsziele auch für Kinder, in 10-50 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir können Legoland, Schloss Egeskov (rel. teuer), Osterstrand und Madsby Legepark (kostenlos) in Fredericia sowie Kulturoen in Middelfart sehr empfehlen. Im Ort Strib selbst ist eine schöne Schwimmhalle mit großem Kleinkindbecken in nur 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

We had a lovely time at the house of Ole and Nete. They gave us a warm welcome when we arrived, with fresh roles and coffee. A personal tour of the house and the walk to the beach. Tips for things to do in the area and a craft desk for the children. The house itself is great. Large cozy and light living area inside, divided over multiple rooms. Outside a wonderful garden with a deck, ocean view and different seating areas to follow the sun. And a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The location of the house is on a quiet street and walkable to the beach on the Lillebaelt. It is also nicely situated to explore the area, a short drive to the highway. There are enough things to do on Fyn and southern Jutland. The stay at the house certainly made our holiday extra enjoyable!
