Beautiful well-appointed home with gorgeous views of the ocean, Getaria harbor, farms and vineyards. Located on Camino de Santiago walking route with frequent hikers walking by on the main road. Neighbors include many Txakoli vineyards and wineries. The hosts live next door and are friendly and accessible. The town of Getaria is a 5 min drive down the hill and is an active fishing port. The town has world class grilled fish restaurants like Elkano and all the basic amenities available. The main church was impressive and there is also a museum dedicated to the designer Cristobal Balenciaga. Only wished we stayed longer!

Una casa todo confort con estilo Vasco y con vistas espectaculares! Para volver! Un entorno muy tranquilo e idílico que ofrece tanto surf como una gastronomía de calidad.

La casa está preciosa, decorada de cuentos !! Las mejores vistas de Getria y fácil acceso a todos lados. La única crítica constructiva es que había olor a encierro y humedad.

The house has a great location with super views, tasteful furnishings and good equipment. We were greeted friendly and shown everything. But unfortunately the house is getting on in years and lacks care. Mold in the bathrooms on the walls, dirty seat cushions, the beautiful decorative pillows are also dirty. Bedding was tip top in order. The kitchen was not properly cleaned at the handover. Window panes were very dirty in parts. Flowers in the balcony boxes were unkempt and brown, a sad sight. The ping pong table was okay, ping pong bats ancient and broken, the ball unfit.
