We had a fantastic three night stay with Ellemiek and Graham. The house is plentiful in character, and the room we were provided with very spacious and well equipped. The terrace was great, being able to open the double doors out into it in the morning helped wake us up - it is a hidden gem, albeit one that affords good views of the sea. The location was very good for us. We were at a wedding at the Botanic gardens which was a 5-10 min walk, and Ventnor Town Centre was about 20 mins walk. It was great to get some home baking, and everything we needed for a decent breakfast was there. The arrangements in terms of the washing of crockery worked really well and we appreciated not needing to do this ourselves. Graham and Ellemiek are both interesting people and it was good to get to know them during our short stay.

Ellemiek and Graham were very welcoming and made sure I knew how to find their address and where to park. The room was warm and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. They had some good suggestions as to where to eat. I really enjoyed talking to both of them and hearing about their interests and passions.

What a lovely area and fascinating house, so much character. Ellemiek and Graham so very welcoming and really generous with their time, ensuring I had all the information I needed for my stay. Really enjoy seeing some of the local wildlife and breakfast & coffee much appreciated on my early mornings. Location is great to explore south part of the island but house equally ideal for relaxing. Highly recommend staying here.
