房子空间很大，干净卫生，门口停车方便。厨卫设施齐全，附近有超市，开车到法兰克福机场30多公里。虽然没见房东，但是交流沟通很及时。

虽然房东就是派儿子送房门钥匙是过来，让他一直有在跟我们保持沟通，直到我们顺利入住。公寓里的设施和照片介绍一样。因为他儿子不大清楚公寓的设施，一直找不到路由器。只是到最后一天，我们才在一张床的被子里边发现。这边有公交车到Mainz。旁边200米左右就有一个超市，还是相当便利的。我们是自己租车到法兰克福，一般是在45分钟。这个价格和法兰克福展览期间房价相比算是很高性价比的。

Had a good start with great communications and super responsiveness. Unfortunately place was rather dusty/dirty, kitchen had induction but not all pans and pots could be used on induction and/or were super dirty - so was the oven , toaster was broken and blew out the fuse when we tried to use it, fridge was put on so cold all our food froze, which we only noticed after the fact. Drinking glasses were so dirty we had to wash them all first before we could use them. Also, the description said a king size bed, but only had a double bed, overall the place was pretty cold and wet. The extra room with the two single beds in it particular as the one heater in there didn’t warm up the room enough. Shower curtain is too short so bathroom is always under water - especially with six people staying there. Also, if rented out to six people it would be nice to have some shelving or similar in the shower and bathroom to put gel, shampoo and Necessaires

Very wonderful place to stay. Would highly recommend it to any family or group. The only thing I would have preferred was English instructions on how to use the stove and oven. Overall, two Thumbs Up!
