Villa Tropical was a wonderful and peaceful place to gather with our family. There was plenty of space and the property was a mini resort in itself. They had beach chairs and equipment on site which was super helpful as we went to the beach many days. Kathy the property manager was FANTASTIC and made our stay even better. She organized a fully catered dinner on the property for our gathering which was SO much better than going to a restaurant. Her staff took care of everything so we could enjoy our valuable time together. I would rent this property again when returning to Aruba.

Kurt was very responsive from the time we booked the airbnb. before we arrived, Kathy, the concierge, contacted us and we arranged for a meal to be cooked for us one the day of arrival. Kathy and her assistant cooked a delicious meal for 10 of us. There was plenty of food for everyone, with leftovers. The house was very clean, just as described, we had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had all that you would need if you wanted to cook your meals there. There is also an outside grill and refrigerator. The pool is clean and refreshing and the garden/grounds are so, so beautiful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Kurt and Kathy for an amazing stay!

The villa was beautiful and just what I was looking for. We stayed for 9 days and loved having all the room for 9 of us. The pool, the hot tub and the views were wonderful. Kathy the concierge was the best and her cooking was a much needed break and very good. We truly enjoyed our vacation here.

Villa Tropical was so beautiful and amazing. The interior of the house is so big and kept so clean and nice. The exterior is so amazing from the pool and covered refrigerator area to the full size volleyball sand court to the bar and pool table down below the top deck area. My whole family loved to pool and its waterfall! We are already talking of coming back next year on another family vacation! The staff at the Villa were amazing and I cannot thank the housekeeper enough as my 3 year old grandson loved her Once again I will tell anyone who asks me. Great and special place you have Kurt.
