What can I say, we had the most pleasant visit to Donegal in a beautiful and cozy cottage. The host was more than helpful for anything we needed, and was very lovely. The cottage was beautiful, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The setting and scenery are breathtaking and lovely to take a step back into nature. We have returned home extremely relaxed.

Easy to find , so beautiful especially with all the daffodils. The kids were excited to explore both properties. The felt grown up going out to the cafes house to play . We lite the fire and read books and played games . Cooking was easy . Beaches are so easy to get to and Donegal is a great place to explore. The waters edge and ripples are a great places to eat .Our host was very fast to respond to messages and asked if there was anything we needed to let her know . Will 100% be coming back .

Briony’s place was as expected by us. A classic upgraded old Irish cottage, out in the countryside close to the sea, with a beautiful short walk to the beach. No light pollution gave us a magical sky on a frosty night with all the major constellations easily identified. Briony’s communication was top class responding quickly to our queries with helpful information.

Great place, beautiful surroundings and quiet area. Briony was attentive to our requests and we appreciated her flexibility. We had a lovely first vacation with our 4 months-old baby. The place was tidy and clean upon arrival and very spacious. I enjoyed the look of the cottage inside, lots of comfy wood and solid floors. There was wood for the fire for us and radiators all around for us to get warm. Super comfy mattress and very big! The surrounding area is quiet and private. We did not travel to the beach through the bog but went north with our car towards Fanad Head. The crashing waves were really cool to see and there was a coffee place/ souvenir shop where we stopped while it rained. Fantastic 2 night stay. Really recommended for families or really anyone.

Absolutely superb. A gem. Brilliant place, location and hosts. Incredible location and facilities. We will definitely be back. Outstanding in all regards.
