En primer lugar, llegando a Lerice con niños pequeños nos sorprendimos que el co-anfitrion nos comunica que por "un problema electrico" en la casa, se vieron obligados a cancelar nuestro alquiler y proponernos otra casa muy alejada, sin transporte público con frecuencia, en varias oportunidades nos quedamos en lerice durante 3 horas de noche sin poder regresar a la casa porque tampoco hay taxis. Nunca nos retribuyeron ni un centavo de todo el gasto que tuvimos en transporte durante la estadía. El trato de Herri el co-anfitrion fue malo y con mucha prepotencia. No contesto más mensajes y llevo gente a mostrar la casa para venderla mientras estábamosnosotros dentro. En conclusión pesima experiencia.

Amazing location, rare balcony, very close to the main square. Another positive thing is that you can leave the luggage for the day after the checkout. Unfortunately, we found some dirty glasses, the bed wasn't comfortable (and a bit dangerous) and the communication before the check-in wasn't responsive - I booked 3 weeks before going and had only the answer to the message I sent right after the booking only the day of the arrival. Instructions were made by wa, super clear, but the host could just add them all to the Airbnb app instead of sending some screenshots (with photos and text). If you're tall, look closely at the bathroom photos, it might be a bit difficult to have a shower. With some improvements, could be definitely a house to book again, but at the moment it's a bit overpriced.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lerici! The Apartment was in a central location within easy walking distance to the castle/ beach/ city center.

We paid for a service that wasn’t good as expected. There was no wifi even though it was written that it would have been provided, I’ve asked right away to Barbara about it and she never replied to me. The sheets of the bed had some stains of dirt on it and one day was cooler than usual and there weren’t many covers for both of the beds. The bed in the main bedroom was super uncomfortable for sleeping as three staves fell down while we were sitting on it. So far the only positive thing has been the location.

Il plus della casa è senz'altro la posizione, proprio dietro la piazza principale di Lerici e nel pieno centro storico (unica cosa da sapere è che c'è un pezzo di salita da fare dunque meglio trolley che borsoni). Utile il terrazzino in quanto utilizzabile per i pasti, perché l'interno della casa non è particolarmente confortevole. Sufficiente il resto: casa essenziale, letti non comodi (a nostro giudizio, perché il letto matrimoniale ha un materasso mollissimo e caldo, mentre un più comodo perche più duro il divano letto); pochi spazi per mettere i vestiti. Negativa la relazione con l'host sia prima del soggiorno (domande prive di risposta) sia durante il soggiorno perché non risponde.
