Imagine yourself a country squire back in the 1800s, in a beautifully appointed home with every amenity imaginable! Corinne and Damien were the best hosts could hope for. The house is on a huge, peaceful and private property and we look forward to coming back as soon as possible!

We had such an excellent time here to celebrate a special birthday. The gîte was so lovely, tastefully decorated and even more beautiful than the photos! The pool was spacious and plenty of garden games provided. Corinne was an excellent host and was there to greet us at check-in and check-out, one of the friendliest hosts I’ve ever had on Air BnB! Her reccomendations for restaurants and activities were valuable and Bergerac itself is such a lovely area. We had such a special holiday here - would highly recommend to others!!

Along the River is a fabulous property in a beautiful location. The photos give an excellent feel for the property but it is even better in person. Corinne was a wonderful host with lots of tips for places to visit and things to do, and helped us to book a vet appointment for our dog prior to our return to the UK. We had some issues with our car and she could not have been more helpful at this time, which was a great comfort to us.

6 of us stayed at Corrine’s Gite at the start of August. This place is stunning. It’s quiet secluded and peaceful. Everything was as described and Corrine was so attentive with some great recommendations. Pool was a lovely addition. Only negative was the mosquitos, make sure you bring bug spray, but this is no reflection on the place or Corrine or course!

I was unable to go, but my daughters and partners went to the holiday home. They said the beds were really comfy and the bathrooms super nice and a lovely shower that makes you feel super fresh afterwards! Everything was spotless on arrival, I loved the outside area, with a lovely pool and gorgeous view of the river, hammock and decking area and bbq area. Something I would advise if arriving late is buy food or stop at a shop as bergerac shops shut around 7pm and restaurants around 10/10:30pm on a week day, if on a Sunday it is 12ishpm (the shops) However, Corrinne kindly leaves you some fresh fruit and tea bags and coffee on arrival, loved our stay was so relaxing and fun would definitely go back miss it already xx Beautiful gîte only a 20 minutes walk from Bergerac. It had everything we could of wanted and we really enjoyed our stay here. Corinne was a very welcoming and helpful host, telling us about the market and giving us restaurant suggestions. Would definitely come here aga
