All in all we had a great stay. The outside looks tired and in need of maintenance. The bedrooms & quirky decor throughout is great, the sun room was a hit. Bedding and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen could do with a deep clean. But we enjoyed spending a special celebration at this property.

We stayed for a family celebration, our ages ranged from 4 to 74 and all of us had a really lovely time. It was perfect for us in that the beach was on the door step, nice pub around the corner and all of the amenities in the house meant we felt all of our enjoyment needs were very well met. Our family especially appreciated the sauna, sun therapy room and open communal spaces.

We stayed here as a family of 11 for the bank holiday weekend. Positives ... The bedrooms were amazing, boutique style rooms. Location is to die for. 1 min stroll to the beach. Louise was kind allowing us a little lea way with checkout due to our disabled grandchild. The cinema was great to entertain the children and the inside beach area was a lovely bit of fun. The fact we could take our dogs was a huge plus for us and the front outside space was very relaxing and a nice sun spot. We were left with a lovely hamper also which was a nice touch. I paid approx £1200 a night, despite all the positives I don’t feel it was worth that. Lots of the main areas were tired and dusty. The jacuzzi didn’t work downstairs, the downstairs bathroom also under the blind was full of dust and flies. The remotes for the televisions and Xbox had no batteries or didn’t work and discs everywhere. Laundry room very unclean. Floor coming up in main lounge. I just felt many areas needed some maintenance.

Great place for a family celebration. Everyone loved the decor, the range of bedrooms and general facilities. Sauna was brilliant! Really luxurious. Being right by a wonderful beach was also a huge advantage.
