We absolutely loved staying at Andy's place. The house was even cuter and more comfy than it looked in photos, and photos could not capture being able to hear and see the ocean all the time. Back patio and upper patio ocean view and just a few steps to a quiet and often private little beach. Lots of good seafood options in town and Andy made bike, and kayak in shed available if desired. Good recommendation to eat at Senior Waynes. We so appreciated this haven for a week, with friendly and helpful immediate neighbors.

Andy's Casita was perfect for us. A bit pricey for the area BUT had the most beautiful views and swimming beaches. His palapa was blocking some of the view. Air conditioner and fans worked well. At the time there was an issue with the Internet but we were able to get on with international roaming. All and all, the swimming and peaceful community is all we need (of course, a good air conditioner).

Great bicycles to go the short distance to town. So peaceful, fell asleep to the sound of waves every night.

The place is around 15 min away from Escuinapa is a private place. the cabaña it's a 1 room place with a comfortable bed, it also has a futon in the main area, as well pretty comfortable. it has a small kitchen but everything that you need to make your stay pleasent. the water pressure it's great 👍. the town of Teacapan is a small town, you'll find the necessary stuff, but don't expect to find anything extraordinary outside from the basic. We brought some groceries from our hometown just in case. the fish is fresh at a great price!!! we had troubles finding shellfish :( it was a great and relax stay, private, calm. there is s private beach 100mts away from the house. if you are thinking on work from there you may have challenge with the internet, but Andy and Hutch will try their best to make it work (issues with Telmex)

Beautiful location on the ocean! House comfortable and clean with AC and windows with screens. Teacapan has great oysters too!
