Stefania e suo marito sono degli host impeccabili, amichevoli, gentili e premurosi. Alloggiare da loro è stata parte di una esperienza magnifica in Umbria. La sua cucina al mattino è fantastica, con torte preparate quotidianamente di una qualità da pasticceria di alto livello. Il b&b si trova in un’area tranquilla immersa nelle colline umbre, un punto base per esplorare Perugia e tutti i borghi della regione. Ci torneremo sia per esplorare il territorio, ma anche per rincontrare gli amici che abbiamo conosciuto durante il viaggio!

Location splendida in aperta campagna tra le colline umbre a pochi km da Perugia. La casa è a dir poco stupefacente: piena di luce, con enormi vetrate su tutti i lati. Le camere sono molto confortevoli e con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno breve o lungo; gli spazi comuni enormi e il tutto è arredato con estrema cura e molto gusto. Completa la situazione idilliaca, un gran bel giardino molto ben attrezzato per una bella colazione all’aperto e giochi per bambini piccoli. Non saprei immaginare un posto migliore per le famiglie. I proprietari, per concludere, sono ì perfetti gestori per un posto così bello e speciale: lei è una perfetta host sempre disponibile e gentile e grandissima cuoca. Lui, altrettanto affabile e cortese, è anche un ottimo musicista. Estro, quiete e bellezza! Stiamo già pensando dì tornare! Grazie dì cuore!

Our visit with Stefania and Gianluca was way beyond what we could have ever imagined. Their home is beautiful! The countryside is breathtaking! BUT, the way you are treated can't be described in simple words. You must experience it to truly appreciate it! And the food, out of this world! Stefania takes such pride in what she presents to you. We wanted to experience an authentic Italian lifestyle and that's exactly what we received! It was truly amazing and will be some of our fondest memories!

Ok airbnb worldwide readers,prepare yourselves:this has been our BEST airbnb experience ever and we've had great ones before.First off the setting is stunning.Surounded by the beautiful countryside of umbria and right over the quaint village of papiano.The house itself is spacious and inviting.The facilities all new and comfortable. And now to the icing on the cake : the hosts Stefania and Jianluca.They both share a genuine passion for people,for cooking and baking , for music, easy conversation and good advice.Stefania's kitchen is ever turning over surprises from the oven and the garden.Gianluca played the piano ,introduced us to poretti 8 and they both sat with us as you would with friends.It was like spending time at the home of your favorite (and multitalented)friends. One day we hope to return the favor.
