While the location was great as it's close to restaurants, bars, cafes, massage parlours, shops etc., we were slightly disappointed that the lawn wasn't mowed (even after we asked the cleaning lady to organise that for us) and the bathrooms smelt strongly of moth balls (which were left in there). We also got unlucky when someone got locked into the bathroom from the inside (as the lock broke) and we had to get them out over the gap in the outer wall! But Ketut was responsive and took our feedback well, which we appreciated.

Nengah was very helpful and attentive with all the requests. He makes our stay comfortable and makes to feel our stay truly a home away from home. The housekeeper Putu was also very nice and courteous and makes the property clean and spotless everyday. A highly recommended property.

the Villa was great! the third house gets a bit too warm because it's made out of wood. also the bathroom with the tub is super unpractical to shower in. everything else was really great. awesome kitchen, beautiful pool.
