great place for a large group coming for a conference
We stayed at this house with a group of 10 adults for the total solar eclipse in April 2024. The house was spacious and had more than enough room for us. Great indoor and outdoor spaces to lounge. The location is perfect, with walkability to Franklin's BBQ, 6th St bars and restaurants, etc. Check-in was easy and everything was smooth. This is a good option for large groups visiting Austin.
Abe’s place was amazing, in a great location to the city and the food trucks down the street were great to get a quick bite. The hot water heater broke for a bit while we were there and he had a repair man there within the hour. Highly recommended for large groups
My brother, our friends, and I had a great time at Abe's while we were celebrating his bachelor party in Austin. I highly recommend for large groups looking for quick access to East Austin, downtown Austin, UT's campus. Hanging out at the AirBNB is also a great time, given the large number of amenities provided.

My wife and I renovated and added onto our original house from the 1930s where we now live with our three children, and recently built another new home in the same neighborhood. We enjoy sharing our home (and the new one) with large groups of friends, family, and visitors who want to call Austin home for a while. We try to provide a first class experience when we host and enjoy traveling with our kids.
