One room studio in an old building. I hope Brock takes the opportunity to update and replace old and outdated furnishings.

Needed someplace to stay for 10 days and found this place about 20 minutes from the class I was attending. Great value compared to hotel prices. Little rough around the edges (remember 138 yrs old) but very clean, no bugs and everything I needed was supplied. Overall very happy with my stay and if in area again I will check to see if this unit is available. Thanks again, Scott

Plenty of space. Good location. Jane was attentive to my needs and responded quickly. She was able to get any problems fixed in a timely manner.
