This home is centrally located within a 20 minute drive to BNA, downtown Nashville and Murfreesboro (30 minutes in heavy traffic). There is a Publix, Kroger and Aldi's, as well as a McDonald's and Starbucks, and several restaurants and coffee shops within a 5 minute drive. The neighborhood has a rural feel, and this home offers a private and natural setting with outdoor spaces accessible to enjoy. It has a homey atmosphere, and our group of 8 was quite comfortable there. The kitchen had all the essentials, and there was a washer and dryer available. Plenty of parking available, and clear house rules posted. There are 2 sitting areas to relax, and plenty of TVs. It's a great base from which to explore Middle Tennessee. It was clean and comfy, but not high end. It is a split level, the steps could be an issue for anyone with impaired mobility, and both baths are on the top level. Beth is very responsive and helpful. Would return!

Beth's house was beautifully furnished as it showed in the photos. The house was located in a great location. There were grocery stores just a short distance away. We had all the kitchen appliances that we could possibly use. The house had very comfortable beds. Beth answered any and all questions that we had and was generous enough to come out just to change out a light that had been blown out in the bedroom. We got to meet her and she was very sweet and told us about the vineyard close by if we were interested. Two living rooms, one downstairs. Lots of space. This house is a great home away from home. The house had plenty of extra blankets and plenty of bathroom towels. We saw deer in the morning as we sat for breakfast with a big picturesque window to view them.

We had a fabulous spring break at Beth's place. It was extremely roomy, clean and comfortable. Beth was very responsive to any questions we had, and we were lucky to meet her on our way out of town. She was a lovely host with a wonderful home. Would definitely stay here again!

Beth’s home was very clean and spacious. She checked in with us prior to arrival to go over check in, etc. Easy drive into Nashville. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Beth’s home!
