Local exatamente igual às fotos. Fui em uns dos dias mais quente no RJ e o ar condicionado estava gelando perfeitamente. Roupas de banho e de cama, banheiro e todos os espaços estavam limpos. Check-in e check-out muito rápido. Recomendo muito este espaço.

Exelente relación precio/calidad! Todo según lo publicado, la ubicación muy buena, a tres cuadras de la playa de Leme, cerca del metro, buses pasan por la puerta, variedad de bares y restaurantes en la zona, al igual que drogerias y fruterías. Recomiendo VIP RIO para desayunar/almorzar. En cuanto a Adalny, fué una maravillosa host! Excelente atención desde el minuto uno que reservamos, muy atenta y amable, siempre respondió rápidamente. El check-in fué facil y los conserjes de la entrada del edificio también son muy amables. Recomendado para quienes quieran ahorrar un poco y tener muy buena ubicación.

A nice property within 7 min walk to copacabana beach. Adalny is helpful, responsive and very accommodating of requests etc. The location is great and good value for money without a doubt. One thing to note for foreign travelers is that most of the reviews seems to be from domestic travelers and to me it was a bit of a surprise that the windows won’t fully close which can be annoying that one time the neighbors dog catches the wind of someone new at 6am, and in terms of privacy in general but it may be the common thing in Brazil. It’s not a dealbreaker as the rest is fine, but just something to be aware of.

great stay at Adalny's apartment. She very responsive and flexible with our early check-in. The apartment is in a great location and it is very bright and clean apartment with great air conditioning and fan to keep the place cool. It is a 5min walk from the Beach and all great restaurants and bars. would definitely stay here again
