Our family has now stayed at Donna’s house twice. It has everything we need for a family of 5 with elementary school aged kids. The pool is awesome and works well for all swim levels. There’s also a wide array of pool toys and gear to use. The family room is relaxed and next to the kitchen for optimal morning cartoons with grownups make breakfast. The location is great as well, 5 min from major stores and 10 minutes from downtown Waukesha. It’s 20 min to the zoo and about 25 to downtown MKE when there’s no traffic. Best of all, Donna is very responsive and attentive to any needs we’ve had on our visits. 10/10 will stay again!

FYI, this is not just a rental property, this is someone's home. It is beautifully decorated, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. We felt welcomed in the comfort of the spacious home for the weekend. Our hostess was available for questions. We enjoyed the heated pool, and the backyard is peaceful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to a grocery store and restaurants. We would stay there again.

Donna’s home is fantastic. Our family of 5 recently stayed for the weekend and have been raving about how lovely our time was in Donna’s home. First and foremost, this listing is Donna’s home. It’s not some stripped out antiseptic managed property. It has charm and character. Second, Donna stayed nearby and was available to help on short notice. She stopped by to make sure we had everything in order for check-in (including drinks and a bottle of wine to welcome us). She also came by to adjust the temperature on the pool when it got a bit colder out. Third, THE POOL IS HEATED. For us, a pool was a main requirement but we’re always a bit worried it might get too cold out. Donna has a heated pool that was pleasant even at 65 degrees outside. It’s a salt pool so no chlorine smell. She also has a weekly pool cleaner so it was freshly cleaned for us. Fourth and finally, staying in Waukesha was lovely. For those who don’t know the area, Donna’s home is right by a grocery store, the whole city can be driven in about 10 minutes, there’s a great downtown area with lots of art galleries and restaurants. It’s also only about 20-30 minutes to Milwaukee, so easy for day trips with the family. Overall it made for a great family vacation stay!

We travelled with two additional adults and two toddlers for the weekend. This house was the perfect getaway. Lots of toys, lovely home, pool is AMAZING, and it was super close to a grocery store.

Donna was a great host, easy to communicate with and gracious for sharing her home with us. We had a splendid girls weekend relaxing in her very well maintained and heated pool...the main attraction! There was plenty of space for us to spread out or gather for meals, games and talking. Her home is a very unique gem, close to a nice downtown area and other entertainment. She has plenty of amenities in the home that make your stay easy and enjoyable. My group would recommend a stay at Donna's!
