This house really was perfect for what we needed! Plenty of space for 8 of us. I do think it would be tight if you had 10, but we were definitely comfortable! The pool is perfect. I am not sure if it’s just because we rented the house at the end of the season or not, but this house definitely needs to be thoroughly cleaned and has a lot of outstanding maintenance. This house has certainly been loved. Tons of cobwebs in the high ceilings but the beds and bathrooms felt clean. Also, be prepared as there are only basic toiletries to get you started and no coffee provided by the host. These were just minor inconveniences, though, and we would certainly stay again!

The house and neighborhood amenities (pool & trampoline at the house, tennis courts in the neighborhood, clean bbq for grilling, a closed yard for the kids, and the proximity to town - 6 min drive away) made the long weekend with family - including active kids - lots of fun! Just a few minutes from Long Fellow Reserve. The Owners were responsive and helpful when the internet went out for a while - which is always difficult with teenagers! We were grateful it got resolved!
