Patsy’s condo is in a perfect location! 5* Luxury condo for rest and relaxation which includes access to a lovely outdoor pool area. Very spacious for the three of us. Beautiful decor, comfy beds and everything you need at your fingertips. Just a 10 minute walk to Broadway where all the action is. There is a small liquor store just around the corner for your convenience. We didn’t have a vehicle. There’s no grocery store within walking distance so if you plan to eat in on occasion, I suggest you Uber to the nearest Publix grocery store as soon as you get settled in your condo so you have your essentials on hand …milk, fruit etc. I would highly recommend Patsy’s condo! She is a great host and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. A few places of interest nearby: Pinewood Social - cool eatery with a bowling alley. Batter’s Box - dive bar with outdoor patio - we ordered a take out burger which was really good. Husk -fine dining-old school-historical building 12:30 Club

Amazing communication with Patsy, she was so responsive with us, large apartment, a few problem areas- three of the blinds were broken blocking the beautiful light from streaming in, many lightbulbs were out but Patsy replied quickly and sent maintenance within a day,master toilet needs replacing and leaking master windows (rain), my mistake but I did not read the instructions carefully enough and we parked on first floor upon entrance to garage and put our parking pass in window and were booted within THIRTY minutes- DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE BUT BOTTOM ROW OF GARAGE- wish I had read carefully but this should have been highlighted. Again Patsy was an amazing host.

Loved that it was walking distance to Downtown Nashville. Nice little park at the end of the street overlooking the river and downtown. Beds were a little soft but comfortable. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.
