Emanuela is a wonderful host, she goes beyond expectations to make sure you have an amazing time in her place. The house is lovely and very peaceful. The rooms are perfect with a nice decoration and lighting, great view from the terrace, you can find everything you need to make yourself a nice dinner. The dogs are so cute, well educated (they won't go to your room) and friendly. The place is not far from the town, 10 min walk to coffee shops, supermarket, ice-cram jeje, 15 min walk to the bus stop that takes you to Florence or Prato. Emanuela also lend me her bike to take a few trips around the town and surroundings. I got injured on the foot when I went to Florence and Emanuela was incredible kind to take me to the doctors, pharmacy, and making sure I was getting better, I appreciate very much for being so attentive she didn't have to do that but I'm really thankful she did. I enjoyed vey much our stay at Emanuela's, Ricardo is very friendly as well, great guy to talk to, I believe it doesn't get any better than this place, meeting some really nice people, that give you tips for places to visit and making your trip a great experience.

I have had a great stay at Emanuela and Ricardo's home in Seano. They are 2 generous and interesting people, and I love all of their pets as well. I originally planned to stay for 1 month but extended by stay to 2 months because they were such wonderful and helpful hosts. The house is located in a quiet and safe residential area and can be easily reached by taking a bus from the station near the Santa Maria Novella train station. It is good for visiting the nearby towns of Prato, Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa and Florence. However you should know that all of these places must be reached by bus or car and none are super close but I highly recommend checking all of them out! Sometimes Emanuela may even offer to drive you if she is headed a certain way. If you want to see Florence it takes about an hour to get there by bus and the bus does not run on Sundays. The bus stop is about a 10 minute walk away. You are also within walking distance to a supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, 2 cafeterias, gelateria, and a good and cheap paninoteca in about 10 minutes. The house is surrounded by beautiful hills and mountains and I enjoyed walking around. The room itself is cozy and clean, with a very comfortable bed. You have access to a shared office space and bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. You can also use the shower in the downstairs bathroom if you prefer. Great WiFi. Emanuela speaks English very well, as well as German and Italian. She went out of her way to help me get a package delivered to the house, help me recharge the data on my phone, and ship things back home. She also introduced me to a friend of her's, Daniela, who has an olive farm nearby. Since I am a professional cook and enjoy anything related to food, I was so happy to spend a few days on Daniela's farm, learning about her olive oil, honey, and other farm products. Emanuela also shared a lot of her knowledge on typical Tuscan cooking and we shared many meals together. If you love good food and wine and want to learn more about Italian, especially Tuscan, cuisine, I would highly recommend staying here! I would consider Emanuela, Ricardo, and Daniela all my friends now and will definitely be back to visit one day!

Il soggiorno a seano è stato davvero piacevole: casa molto bella, in una posizione tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina a tutti i posti di interesse. In più gli host sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili, consiglio a tutti il soggiorno!

Emanuala is a great host. She is very hospitable and helpful. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay during a trip to Florence, than this is it.
