We didn’t actually get to stay at the place so cannot speak to it, but Paula and Stacy were wonderful to deal with and I’ll check to see if their place is available next time I’m in the Vernon area.

We had a great time to relax at Paula and Stacy’s place! There is centralized air on all over the house, very neat and tidy, it has all the utensils in the kitchen! The only downside is the distance from central Vernon, but ok if you are looking for a place to relax! Thanks Paula and Stacy

We had such a wonderful time here. There was so much wildlife close by, easy access to historical sites and tours, and beaches close by.

Best host by far! nothing but good words from day 1 till check out, didn't get the chance to meet Paula personally, but I can tell how friendly and dependable she is.. The cabin is just amazing, well equipped kitchen for a group who loves to prepare their food! The beds are amazingly comfortable we had a good rest/sleep after a long day exploring BC, we even had a day that we didn't go out and just enjoyed the cabin and had so much fun playing at the basement. Amazing view of the lake, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again for being a wonderful host Paula and for allowing us to experience your home! All the best!

This place is so special to us and we'd love to return sometime. Just such a comfy, lived in vibe, with so much rustic charm (the very best of rustic in which every amenity we could want was present), that we felt completely at home as soon as we walked in the door. The front decks were amazing for views, and either sun tanning up top or shade down below. We rarely left for Vernon excursions since the house itself felt like a complete vacation. The few times we did go make for a gorgeous drive to either city. Great air-conditioning (every day was above 30), a beyond fully stocked kitchen, and a lovely welcome note with bottle of wine completed the experience. There isn't a single thing we'd suggest changing here. Thanks again for the gracious stay in your lovely home!
