I can't say enough nice things about Paulina. She was the friendliest host, with tons of historical knowledge. Very welcoming to conversation, and had many suggestions for local spots. The room my friend and I stayed in was exactly what we needed for our trip. We mainly just slept there and spent our days I'm the city, because we came down for Wrestlemania weekend. Very safe neighborhood and only a quick 20-30min drive into the city, depending on where you're going. Also public transportation close by, if needed. Paulina made our trip just that much more special, as she instantly felt like a friend to me and my buddy. Her kindness will forever be a fond memory of the amazing weekend I had in Philadelphia.

Paulina's place was at a great location north of Philadelphia. The area was safe and street parking was good. The stay was fantastic and she provides you with a lot you will need during the stay. The place is very clean. She is very friendly, responsive and will share a lot of historical facts about PA :-) Must stay if you are close to the area.

Very peaceful, comfortable and easy to manage. A relaxing home-away-from-home for a week. My food prep was minimal.

The place was very comfortable and spacious, with good living areas. I was disappointed that we didn't find implements for brewing coffee in the AM. It's an entire small house and so the living space was good, many utensils and decent kitchen area. No TV surprised me, although I don't watch much TV. Suburban neighborhood was pleasant.
