Such a great experience! Smuggs is an absolute must visit for EVERYONE! It is a truly magical place for friends and family to enjoy time together. Hamilton made the process seamless. Check in was the same as checking in for a Smuggs reservation. Condos are cozy, cute, homey and functional. I cannot recommend this enough!

We have stayed at Smuggler’s notch multiple times and in the past, have booked through the resort directly. I’m not sure of this owner’s arrangement with the resort but the unit did not even come close to matching any of the pictures provided in the listing. I understand now that you check in at the regular resort check-in desk and are given an arbitrary unit. That being said, our unit was quite spacious but like many of the units at Smuggs, was in need of some serious updating (bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, decor, TVs). My 11 year old asked why it was decorated like the 1900s which confused me because In my head I was picturing the 1920s when he said that. Hilarious because he meant more like 1990s and in that sense he was pretty accurate. Despite, the old furniture and dated look, everything was super clean though and in working order. Hamilton was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay (especially the gas fireplace). Kids enjoyed the ski school and the area was beautiful.
