We arrived at this first floor apt late in the evening. Upon inspection, we found all the windows open, most of which we could barely close and one that you could not lock. All the walls had stains or marks on them, it just looked like it wasn’t maintained well. We decided to go to a hotel because of the window not locking on a first floor apt in an area we didn’t know. We communicated our issues with the host who said we should have given them the opportunity to fix things. I work as a contractor and know it wasn’t something that could be fixed easily. Our hope was for a refund since we were there for an hour but they are abiding by the refund policy which is fine. I hope they take the 300 dollars and fix the window for the next guests.

Great location in a private neighborhood. It was a quiet street and convenient to local restaurants and shops! Loved the cute front porch!

Perfect for our pit stop on our road trip but if looking to stay in Ocean City, I would recommend somewhere closer to the action!

I had a great nights rest. The place was nice and the neighborhood was very quiet.
