The owner, Alessandra’s son lives in Spain. He was unaware of the condition and problems that were present. I had to leave and find another place. Airbnb Support is the worse Again!!! One Agent wanted a photo of a thermometer to prove my complaint of the freezing conditions in the apartment. I got resistance at every turn until I stated, and to the credit of the owner, agreed to a set amount for time stayed. He and his mother gave me instructions like turn on bedroom heating unit an hour before bed with door shut. I was given a space heater that didn’t work well at all. I found another small space heater in the bathroom that I’d have to turn on and shut door till it was heated enough to shower. All these problems were not known to the son. He was surprised because of previous reviews. Giorgio promised to address all these issues. This is Why we must be honest about the reviews! I don’t ever want to hurt someone’s source of revenue. FYI Alessandra was just getting from hospital

Giorgio e Alessandra sono due host eccezionali! L’appartamento è super accogliente, la zona centrale consente lo spostamento a piedi e la vicinanza con la stazione di Cagliari facilita il raggiungimento dell’aeroporto di Elmas. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio e lo raccomando per coppie, famiglie e gruppi di amici.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is modern, clean and has natural light with a window in every room. It's located on a quiet street in the heart of the old town and is close to everything: restaurants, shops, markets, gelato, etc. There's even a small market practically next door if you need anything from shampoo, to toothpaste, milk, wine or even to fix dinner. The apartment is spacious for a 1 bedroom; it has really tall ceilings, a large bathroom with tub and all the amenities my family of four needed for our stay of over a month. Did I mention it has sky TV and internet... I would highly recommend to couples & families who are interesting in spending time in the heart of Cagliari.

Lovely Apartment, Very comfortable & had everything we needed for our months stay. The bed was really good & slept really well there. Location ideal, we walked everywhere & lots of restaurants, cafes, Shops nearby. Hosts respected our Privacy and were great when help needed. Highly recommend!
