Great place to stay! Private pool and was quiet at night but with the bikes, it was easy to get around and go to bars and restaurants close anywhere on the caye. It was spacious and had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at Mark's place. It's far enough away to be quiet but it's a quick bike ride to everything, and a 7 min golf cart taxi from the ferry. The provided bikes were great for getting around (we even biked as far as you can go on the north island). The pool was nice to cool off in after hot days out and about. It was warm in the evenings but the fans were enough to keep the place cool. I recommend staying here if you go to Caye Caulker.

I cannot say enough great things about this stay! It’s even more gorgeous than the photos and my friend and I felt right at home! We loved that the location was a bit farther from the main strip so we could have slow, quiet mornings, and with the bikes it was easy to be to the center of everything in 5 minutes. Being able to bike around the island made our whole trip, and being able to finish every night with a swim in the private pool was perfect. Mark was beyond responsive and accommodating, the check in time was flexible, he set up our pick up from the ferry port, and upon arrival gave us many recommendations. We loved everything about our stay do not hesitate to book!

We has a great stay here, worked out perfectly for all of our planned activities, the bicycles came in handy and we rode them everywhere. The pool was absolutely wonderful! Large shower, comfortable beds, and nice living and eating areas. The only issue was the loud partying at the hotel next door, disappointing for the quiet side of the island, but it was only two of our for nights on Easter weekend so could have been worse, just something to keep in mind. We would definitely book again should we return to Caye Caulker which is a definite possibility.

Awesome surroundings! Loved the pool. The bikes made it so much easier to get around and see the whole island. It was hard to leave this place. Would definitely stay again!
